Our firm was established in 1980, just as New York's current labor laws had been modified to further protect workers injured in construction accidents. In close association with the construction trades, we have served as activists in the Hispanic community to educate Latino workers about their construction injury rights. Historically, Hispanics were given the most dangerous jobs and the worst equipment and safety gear. Sadly, this is still the case for many undocumented workers exploited by unscrupulous contractors.
